Purpose of the Tender
This project aims to provide operation, technical support, maintenance, improvement, and operational development services for the financial system of the Infrastructure Projects Center in the Riyadh region, represented by the General Administration of Business Solutions. It ensures business continuity, enhances operational readiness, stabilizes performance, addresses technical issues, meets the operational needs of departments, sections, and system users, and implements all central technical and organizational requirements. The scope of work includes all technical and operational tasks necessary to maintain system efficiency and continuity, address operational challenges, and implement necessary improvements and developments related to the system and its work environment, within the actual business requirements and enhancing integration with internal systems and external entities (such as the Ministry of Finance and collection systems). Focus is on meeting the needs of decision-makers through data analysis and ensuring platform compliance with modern regulatory and technical requirements as stipulated in the contract framework.
