The Madinah Region Command welcomed guests of the Ministry of Defense on Saturday following completion of their Hajj.
The guests included defense ministers, chiefs of staff, and senior army commanders participating in the ministry’s annual hosting program for military pilgrims from around the world.
A specialized itinerary has been prepared for the delegation, including comprehensive security arrangements, transportation, and accommodation services.
In coordination with the relevant government agencies, the ministry has organized visits to the Prophet’s Mosque and Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah to provide a spiritually enriching experience.
The program also includes tours of key Islamic and historic landmarks in Madinah, including the Uhud Martyrs’ Cemetery and Quba Mosque.
Maj. Gen. Mohammed Al-Asmari, commander of the Madinah region, said the success of this year’s Hajj season had been made possible by the comprehensive resources and services provided by the Kingdom’s leadership to serve pilgrims.
Al-Asmari added that these efforts reflected both a religious and national duty, as well as the Kingdom’s leading role in serving pilgrims.
