to carry out Pipeline Construction, General Construction and related works. During the

Group of Companies.
ICC (PVT) Limited, formerly known as Imperial Construction Company was established in 1931
and has contributed a vital and active role to achieve the objective of self sufficiency in electrical
technology in Pakistan. Over the past 90 years, ICC has worked side by side with WAPDA
(Electricity Authority in Pakistan) and has made a major contribution towards the Construction
of High Voltage Transmission Network, Sub Stations and Power Stations in Pakistan. It is
proud of the reputation earned in this period. ICC is now one of the largest technically oriented,
multi discipline group of companies, engaged in Engineering Projects for large scale Electrical,

TAMIMI CO and ICC (PVT) Limited, Pakistan formed a new joint venture company namely
Arabian Electrical Transmission Line Construction Co. Ltd (AETCON) in 1998 to undertake
turnkey projects for the Construction of Transmission Lines, Substations & Electro Mechanical
works in the Saudi Arabia.
