Founded in 2008, Arkaz has been operating for more than a decade in the GCC, emerging as a leading player in the construction chemicals industry in the gulf region over the time, offering a wide range of quality construction products and systems.

Considered one of the top 3 producers of Concrete Admixtures in Saudi Arabia, the Arkaz core business represents a niche of 20-30% of the total market size of waterproofing, concrete admixtures and building products in the Kingdom. Leveraging its diverse, industry leading construction chemical and building products and solutions, Arkaz aims to drive organic growth and target key development projects in the Kingdom and across the region.

Arkaz has two fully owned and localized production plants with storage facilities in Dammam and Jeddah where all production operations for concrete admixtures take place.

Built on a sustainable foundation of value creation, Arkaz is a 100% owned subsidiary of Alturki Holding Company, a leading industrial investment company in the Gulf region that has been involved in almost every major infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia over the last 50 years, through its portfolio of sector leading businesses.

Arkaz started off as a JV between Grace Saudi Arabia and Alturki Holding in 2008. In 2012, Grace Saudi Arabia was acquired and merged with the construction division business line of Inma trading, becoming a 100% fully owned subsidiary of Alturki Holding and rebranded as Arkaz.
