The Cold Oasis Group (COG) established in 1998 by Eng.Abdulmauhsin AlFaraj as a construction company in the HVAC field. Since 1998 the company completed significant number of projects with major organizations such as Aramco, SABIC , Dammam University, Royal Commission, Al-Rushaid Group, SAIPEM, Siemens, and Chamber of Commerce.

The human capital of COG exceeds to more than 150 employees including number of Engineers, designers, technicians and operation management experienced in the field of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) and MEP contracting business.

From the first days of COG age it has been managed by number of talented Saudis. Today, Saudis occupied more roles and going to be increased toward achieving vision of 2030.
