Nujoom Al Salam Holding Company (Closed Joint Stock Company) was established in 1413 AH by Jar Allah bin Abdullah Al Odhaib in the city of Riyadh. Over 33 fruitful years of hard work and distinguished production, honesty and product efficiency were principles that the company did not deviate from in all its various activities, which earned it a good reputation and trust among consumers and investors. The company was a tool for building civilization and a tributary of real estate development in our beloved country through the establishment of high-quality and modern residential and commercial facilities. It built luxury villas, luxurious commercial complexes, safe warehouses and fuel stations of various categories. It also reclaimed raw lands in accordance with the needs of place and time, all in a number of cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the capitals of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Its output was 450 diverse real estate projects and 9,000 housing units.
