Zain One Factory for Industry, which has been coating Aluminium and steel coils since 2014, has been established and is located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Qassim region, specifically in the city of Al Rass. It covers an area of 20,000 square meters and uses the best human expertise from engineers, technicians, and marketers.

Zain One Factory is considered one of the largest and most experienced factories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the Middle East. Zain One’s products have become a brand that continuously increases its quality and meets the needs of the local and foreign markets and is characterized by approved international specifications that comply with environmental requirements, industrial security requirements, and international quality standards.

We have the latest types of coating machines, which produce approximately 30,000 tons of preprinted aluminum coils and 100,000 tons of galvanized steel coated annually that are used in the manufacturing of cladding panels for external facades, metal roofing slats tiles, shutters for doors and windows, and refrigerator covers. Zain One also provides cut-to-length and slitting services as per clients requirements Zain One Factory is considered one of the largest and experienced factories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Our Quality

In our laboratory, the priority of customer trust and satisfaction. At the end of production for each roll, several samples are taken for laboratory tests, as the factory has the latest types of devices for testing. We do all laboratory tests to meet customer needs. This includes coating hardness testing using different laboratory instruments and following ISO and ASTM standards, chemical resistance testing, the impact of the weather on our products testing, corrosion testing, color glossiness, color matching of sample and standard sample, and we also have multiple devices to test the strength of materials in order to be valid.
