Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met on Monday with his British counterpart James Cleverly during an official visit to the United Kingdom.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed aspects of the deep-rooted and historical Saudi-British partnership and ways to enhance and develop them in various fields.

They also exchanged views on the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, in addition to the latest developments on the regional and international arenas, and efforts exerted to tackle them.

Prince Faisal and Cleverly discussed ways to strengthen the cooperation between the two countries in all fields for mutual benefit and to serve common interests, increasing the level of existing coordination and consultation, whether at the bilateral or multilateral level, on all issues of concern to both sides in the region and the world at large.

The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to UK Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan and Director General of the Foreign Minister’s office Abdulrahman Al-Dawood, in addition to the Counselor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Manal Radwan.
