Purpose of the Tender
The project aims to implement a comprehensive and accurate inventory of all paper and digital documents related to real estate contributions, in the warehouses and headquarters of the center, as well as within various electronic systems such as the Sahm system, Out System, Real Estate Contributions System, the Arab Bank, and Al Rajhi Bank. The project scope includes extracting and classifying the documents (legal, financial, organizational, administrative, specialized, operational, postal…), transferring them to and from the center’s storage warehouses inside Riyadh city, then cataloging, coding, completing all archival preservation stages in the center’s electronic archive system, and determining their storage files in the paper document storage warehouses in accordance with the plans and requirements of the National Center for Documents and Archives.
