For all stages, operating and testing the mechanical and electrical systems of the Saudi Tourism Authority building located in the city of Riyadh in the Al-Raed district (building Body It consists of three basements, a ground floor, six repeating floors, an external deck, and the back yard. The authority seeks to contract with one of the contracting companies operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to complete unfinished works, repair the initial delivery notes for all stages, work notes for all stages, and operate and test all mechanical systems. The electrical and electrical services of the Authority’s building are in accordance with the Saudi Code and the technical specifications of all systems, taking into account all building and safety guidelines and laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
