Muslim World League Secretary-General Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa met with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in Sydney.

During the meeting, they discussed the importance of social cohesion through mutual respect and cooperation, Al-Issa said in a post on X on Tuesday.

They also emphasized strengthening friendships between nations and peoples through “high-impact initiatives and by revitalizing the role of UN organizations in this regard.

“During the meeting, I commended the Australian model of multicultural coexistence and the Prime Minister’s distinguished role in supporting and consolidating it,” Al-Issa added.
