Our journey began in 1996 with the establishment of Electronic & Electrical Industries Corporation (EEIC), licensed to manufacture power and automation systems for industries like oil, gas, petrochemicals, and data centers.

Expanding Our Expertise

In 2018, EEIC merged with ECO to broaden its product portfolio and reach new sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, commercial construction, water, and education. This merger strengthened our ability to deliver medium and low voltage distribution systems, power automation, and monitoring solutions, making us a market leader in turnkey E-houses for onshore and offshore substations.

For over 25 years, EEIC partnered with global brands like Schneider Electric, GE, EATON, Hyundai, and Allen-Bradley. These collaborations enabled us to deliver cutting-edge solutions to major clients, including Saudi Aramco and SABIC.

The Birth of Eaton Arabia

In February 2020, Abunuyyan and Eaton formed a joint venture, Eaton Arabia, to localize and expand power management offerings in the Middle East. With manufacturing and sales locations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, UAE, Eaton Arabia combines Abunuyyan’s local expertise with Eaton’s global scale to deliver comprehensive solutions.
