Saudi Systems Corporation (SSC) was established in 1990 by a group of specialists with the vision of providing integrated solutions in the field of Information Technology. To achieve this, SSC built a specialized team in specific related areas such as: electronic archiving documents, applications development, portals, Cloud services, implementation, migration, training, AI, construction engineering… etc. with particular emphases on mainly public, private and mixed sectors.
During all those years SSC has managed to bring a mutual benefits and trust with its customers in all sectors.
From its inception, SSC understood the importance of continuous innovation and service diversification in the IT field, always based on careful market analysis to introduce new offerings that would benefit clients.
One of the major technological advancements, SSC has introduced to the local market in Saudi Arabia in 1992 Oracle products of line, ranging from Database to applications (ERP). SSC became the exclusive representative of Oracle in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In 1995, SSC went further to sign a joint venture agreement with Oracle USA to establish Saudi Oracle Company in Saudi Arabia. At that time, SSC with Saudi Oracle implemented successfully many projects mainly in ERP and Database. As a strong reference to this, the STC implementation of Oracle ERP systems for more than 25,000 users.
SSC continued to introduce beneficial technologies, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). To achieve this, SSC built a specialized team to provide professional services, implementation, data migration, and managed support services.
Examples of this includes clients like, King Abdulaziz Royal Nature Reserve (KARNR), the Ministry of Sports (MoS), SBC news channel, Takamoul, and the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, Najim, National Center for Wildlife (NCW), SAMA (Exadata & ExaC&C), Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority (SERA),… etc.
SSC also recognized the importance of meeting the needs of the construction and engineering sectors in Saudi Arabia, represented by Oracle’s Primavera system. The company successfully implemented projects for entities such as the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the National Housing Company, the Public Investment Funds, and the Ministry of Transport and Logistics by providing its contractors with Oracle’s Aconex.
Coming to the local market, SSC is well known for outsourcing the experts and specialized human resources, whether for supporting ongoing projects or solely new ones. Examples include, the General Investigation Directorate, General Intelligence, the Food Security Authority, the General Directorate of Arms and Ammunition, and the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
Additionally, SSC became a business partner of Microsoft, being one of the pioneering software companies to develop internet-ready applications, ensuring full compatibility across its product line, from databases to ready-made applications, education, technical support, and decision support capabilities.
SSC also offers services and products from EverTeam, a global leader in e-government and e-commerce solutions, as well as content management solutions for both the public and private sectors. EverTeam is one of the world’s top five companies in this field, according to global statistics.
In line with the concept of integrated IT solutions, SSC also provides Cisco products and services, extending to file servers,
workstations, and mobile devices from brands like HP and Dell.
With the growing demand for the development of service portals, particularly for government entities and newly
established bodies aiming to fulfill the goals of Saudi Vision 2023 by reducing manual processes, SSC entered this domain.
SSC has the honor of developing and operating the unified portal for the Communications, Space, and Technology
Commission across two phases using the latest SharePoint technologies, delivered by a skilled and highly experienced
technical team.
