Dar Al-Handasah is a globally recognized engineering firm, founded in 1956 by four professors from the American University of Beirut. Their vision was to create a specialized consultancy that could meet the growing demand for innovative engineering solutions in the region. In 1958, Dar Al-Handasah secured its first major project—the Kuwait Power Station. This milestone marked the beginning of rapid expansion. The firm quickly gained a reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions in the Middle East, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and Africa.
