Napco National Story – Leading Plastic and Paper Packaging Solutions Across the GCC

Our Story

Napco National’s journey began in 1956 in the heart of the Arabian Peninsula. Saudi businessman Abdul Rahman Al-Moaibed partnered with Lebanese businessman Georges N. Frem to establish the National Paper Products Company in Dammam. Under Investment License Number 12, this marked the beginning of our legacy and unique contribution to the industrial sector in Saudi Arabia.

Today, Napco National employs over 5,000 people across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We have grown to become a leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging solutions, recycled resins, corrugated packaging products, consumer products, and business-to-business (B2B) solutions. Additionally, we are experts in post-industrial and commercial plastic scrap collection and recycling services. With more than 15 industrial facilities, two recycling facilities, and a branch dedicated to trading and distribution, we are deeply invested in fostering a circular economy.
